LSBF Branding Guidelines
The LSBF brand was really outdated and didn’t reflect the innovation element that was part of their values. It was then my responsibility in 2020 to give the whole brand a refresh and make it as vibrant and optimistic as possible, worth of their mission, vision, and values.
I consolidated the structure of the brand document and worked with our team of designers and copywriters to modernise the brand – starting from its brand-new values, mission and vision, tone of voice and finalising with the visual identity: colour palette and logos. The result is a refreshing and modern look and feel, which you can see reflected across all marketing points: website, print and online marketing materials.
Here are some examples of what has been included in the guidelines
Before the brand refresh
The London School of Business and Finance brand hadn’t been updated since 2011, so it took 9 years for the business to realise that a new brand refresh was desperately needed.
The designs were not reflecting the modern age we were living in. The website was old and not responsive, the email templates were really simple and in all honesty, dull. Even though as time went by the designs of different materials were updated, they failed to have an impact as they were not consistent.
This is how the different designs looked like before the rebranding took place in 2020.
After the brand refresh
After the branding guidelines were complete, I went on a mission to change all the marketing materials online and offline, starting with the website of course. The London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) website is the main revenue driver for the school, therefore I had to make sure the design was modern, luxurious, user friendly and above all responsive. I worked with my team of designers and developers to build a website that speaks 21st century design.
Below, you can have a sneak peek of some of the materials that were updated once the rebrand was complete.
These are the e-banners designs that the brand will use for the Google Adwords campaigns.
These are the Social Media posts designs meant for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
These are the e-mail designs for the different stages of their consumer journey. Every template will differ based on that.
